Hildegard is a highly regarded female brewer. She moved her brewing operation from Belgium to the Netherlands last year and their already-great beers improved. The entire Urthel lineup of beer is very quaffable. Hildegard is a charming woman and her husband Bas is one of the most entertaining people I know. This will be a great dinner.
