Monk’s Café Flemish Sour Ale (Belgium) Our private label brewed for us outside Ghent, Belgium. Medium body, red color, fruity aroma, malt flavor with acetic & lactic sourness. A real thirst quencher. 5.5%abv $8 10oz

Almanac Farmer’s Reserve Strawberry (CA) Coastal Seascape strawberries (Dirty Girl Farms) are loaded into sour blond ale aged in wine barrels. 7%abv $5

BOM Triporteur Wild & Funky (Belgium) Belgian sour with apples and pears. 5.4%abv $5

Cantillon Fou Foune (Belgium) Rather sour, pale gold colored ale with 1200kg of local apricots stoned by hand and added to the aging barrels. Very rare. 5%abv $7

Cantillon Gueuze (Belgium) Benchmark, classic gueuze. A blend of one, two, and three year old lambics refermented in the bottle. Totally dry and funky. 5%abv $7

Cantillon Kriek (Belgium) 100% lambic, blended and aged in barrel with whole fresh cherries. The included pits lend an almond marzipan note to the beer. Totally dry. 5%abv $7

Captain Lawrence Rosso e Marrone (NY) Long-aged ale with brett and ripe red grapes. Infinitely complex. 10%abv $5

Cascade Apricot Ale 2015 (OR) Blend of blonde ales rested for six months in oak barrels, before ageing another six months on fresh apricots. Funky & tart. 7.6%abv $7

Elgood’s Coolship Sour #3 (UK) Spontaneously fermented in unique double coolships. Sharp and fruity with hints of oak – a true sour. 6.7%abv $7

Hof Ten Dormaal / Free Will Brewing Brew & Destroy (PA) This Dark Saison with blueberries was brewed during PBW2015, and then barrel-aged for one year. Tart blueberry aroma & flavor, some spicy phenols, caramel malt, earthy funk, toasted oak and a tart, dry finish. 8%abv $4

Lost Abbey Cuvee de Tomme (CA) A blend of 4 sources of fermentable sugars, American oak, sour cherries, and three strains of brett. Takes over a year to make each batch. 11.5%abv $7

Lost Abbey Red Poppy (CA) Pure celebration of sour cherries. Brewed from a brown ale base and aged in oak for 6 months, this beer is not for the faint of heart. 5%abv $7

Mikkeller Spontancherry (Denmark) Oak-aged wild ale brewed with cherries. 7.7%abv $7

Mikkeller Spontanrosehip (Denmark) Oak-aged wild ale brewed with rosehips. 7.7%abv $7

Russian River Consecration (CA) Strong brown ale aged in a cabernet sauvignon barrel (Silver Oak) for six months with fresh currants The wine, oak and currants are well integrated in this stunning beer. 10.5%abv $7

Russian River Supplication (CA) Brown ale aged in French oak pinot noir barrels for different periods of time. Vinnie then blends these barrels into this magic elixir. He adds fresh sour cherries and three “wild” yeast strains: brettanomyces, lactobacillus & pediococcus I get malt, oak, wine, cherries, and a subtle pineapple note from the brett. 7.2%abv $7

Russian River Temptation (CA) Blond Ale aged in French oak chardonnay barrels for twelve months. Vinnie adds his house strain of brettanomyces that adds a sour component and a bit of fruitiness. 7.2.5%abv $7
